Welcome to our luxurious apartment in Marbella!
Our spacious apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in an exclusive urbanization that offers an unparalleled vacation experience. Among the amenities of the urbanization, you will find a children's pool, another pool for adults (infinity), and another heated indoor pool. You also have access to a gym with large windows that offer views of the surroundings and a children's play area for the little ones.
The apartment itself is elegantly decorated and offers a relaxing atmosphere for your vacation. Enjoy meals outdoors on the covered terrace, equipped with comfortable armchairs and a table for your enjoyment, with capacity for all guests. The spacious living room has a set of armchairs and a television for your moments of rest and entertainment. The kitchen connects to the living room through a breakfast area with stools and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home. As for appliances, it is important to mention that it has a washing machine and dryer.
As for the rooms, we have two double rooms that provide a cozy atmosphere (one of them with access to the terrace) and two full bathrooms for your comfort (one of them has a bathtub, and another has a shower). Additionally, the sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable bed for two additional people, making our apartment perfect for groups of up to 6 people.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating to guarantee a comfortable stay all year round. In addition, it has high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable spaces for those who have a laptop and want to work. Another aspect is the private parking. And finally, the security that we guarantee with its alarm, camera and sensors.
The location is ideal, close to the beaches of Marbella and with easy access to restaurants, shops and places of interest. Whether you want to relax by the pool, explore Marbella's vibrant nightlife or enjoy outdoor activities, our apartment is the perfect place for your getaway.

Outdoor pool hours, all year round:
monday to sunday 7:00 - 22:00.
Indoor pool hours, all year round:
monday to sunday 7:00 - 23:00.
During the summer the evening service will pick up the sun loungers at 20:30 so that during the night the grass can be properly watered. But the swimming pool will remain open until 22:00.
Gym hours, all year round:
monday to sunday 7:00 - 23:00.
Please keep the gym clean, as well as the machines and equipment after use. It is mandatory to disinfect the machines with the products and papers available in the gym room.

In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

This home away from home is located within enviable proximity to the famous sandy beaches of Cabopino, Calahonda and Artola, all of which are just a 10-minute drive away and feature beachside bars, restaurants and chiringuitos. The rental is also a suitable base for golfers as Cabopino Golf Club and Santa Maria Golf Club are just 5-minutes from here. Apart from golf, guests can also enjoy wakeboarding and cable skiing in half an hour’s drive from here or they can double the fun at Aquamijas water park located a 15-minute drive away.For party lovers, the famous Nikki Beach in Marbella is a 20-minute drive away. But if you want to discover the unique, then the UNESCO-protected Cuevas of Nerja and its white-washed centre, as well as, stunning beaches are about an hour’s drive from here. The nearest international airport is Málaga-Costa del Sol, located a 35-minutes drive from this holiday apartment in Marbella.
