This gorgeous Barcelona apartment features two bedrooms, one single bedroom and one double, this makes it the perfect place to stay for 3 guests, both bedrooms have high-quality linens, soft lights alongside a lot of natural lighting. There are windows in both rooms that provide fresh air and lighting to start the day off right. The bedrooms are cosy and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

This spacious unit has one full bathroom and its far from ordinary. The beautifully tiled bathroom has all the features for ultimate refreshment and relaxation. The modern sinks and mirroring are placed above storage for all your needs. The bathroom is a very rewarding place to get ready and start the day or to unwind and relax from a busy one.

Although you may want to spend your time exploring Barcelona’s famous eateries, there is the option for a home-cooked meal as the kitchen is equipped with everything needed, the fully furnished kitchen has everything needed to make meal preparation easy, Cabinets provide plenty of space to store groceries and appliances.
The lounge area has a dining table for up to 4 people, there is also a corner piece sofa with a TV in front of it, perfect for a relaxed night after a busy day. The mostly white space is the perfect spot to catch up with conversation or watching TV with the family.

The outside space at this apartment is the key feature, the terrace with a view completes the beauty of the apartment, with an overlook of Barcelona, it is hard not to fall in love with the city after seeing this! You are also a walk away from some of the most popular landmarks in Spain, whilst being local to plenty of restaurants.
Please consider that there is a strict noise policy in the building, it is not allowed to bring groups back to the apartment, it is for a maximum of 3 people.

This system collaborates to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not adhere to these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as our relationship with our neighbors is of the utmost importance to us.

The apartment is situated in Gracia. Gracia has always been a separated neighborhood that over the years has become a part of Barcelona. You still have this local-feeling while walking through Gracia's streets. You can find nice authentic bars and restaurants in the area, so you can fully experience Barcelona's vivid lifestyle.Getting around the city is easy as you have a busstop right at the end of the street at Ronda Guinardó (busses 114, N0). Or just a 5 minute walk away you can take the metro Alfons X (L4).
In case you travel to Barcelona by plane you can get to the apartment the fastest by taxi. Otherwise you can make use of public transport: take the airport shuttle A1 until Plaza Espanya where you change to the metro line L1. Get off at Urquinaona and take the metro L4 to Alfons X.
