How did the Covid-19 impact us? 

Like the rest of the tourism industry in Barcelona, we were severely hit in mid-March: 
Cancellations
In just a few days, all our bookings for the next few months had been cancelled. And channels like Airbnb or Booking gave a full refund to the guests.
No More Reservations
We stopped getting reservations for short stays and soon enough the government prohibited touristic stays.
No More Revenue
All major booking platforms like Airbnb & Booking.com decided to refund the guests completely.

How did the Covid-19 impact us?

How we adapted to the Coronavirus

Although no one expected how bad the impact would be, we were prepared for the worst. We did what was necessary to make sure that all the property owners we work for would be paid.
Working With New Booking Platforms
We were able in a matter of just a few week to switch all the apartments we manage from Airbnb to many other platforms like Idealista, Homelike, Badi, Uniplaces, Spotahome, Housing Anywhere, Homyspace…
Transition From Short to Midterm Stays
As it would be delusional to expect any tourist coming to Barcelona for the next few weeks, we are now operating our apartment for midterm stays.
