Stay U-nique is looking for a new colleague who is passionate about caring and not afraid to show initiative in delivering personalized service to our guests. Are you creative in finding solutions to any difficult situation that might appear and willing to know more about running a property management company?

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Flexible
You are taking care of different tasks throughout the day when changes occur you are flexible in finding a solution. You are a multitasking hero, especially in busy periods, and are able to make decisions.
Communicator
Good communication skills are crucial to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it is about speaking to the guests before arrival, coordinating with third party suppliers or with colleagues in your team.
Experience
You have previous experience in a hospitality company with a fast-paced environment & have ideally finished your study related to hospitality
Languages
As we receive guests from all over the world, advanced level of English is a must, plus at least one other language (Spanish or French are a big plus).

The position is open from the middle of February.

GENERAL TASKS AND RESPONSiBILITIES

Coordination between all stakeholders
Daily contact with international guests
Work on all Online Booking Platforms

On top of doing the daily tasks, we are also a company in constant pursuit of ‘growth’. But here, growth doesn’t just mean in terms of apartments or sales, but just as much in terms of ‘growing’ on how we do things. Therefore, we are constantly looking for ways to get smarter, build new tools, simplify processes or come up with new ways of doing things as a way to support our business growth in a sustainable way.

This therefore means we will always be working on various projects, next to our daily tasks. Examples of previous projects are:

Optimising cross sales
Develop a new messaging system & implement it
Improve the company’s communication with guests

Working Conditions

Holidays
You will earn 22 holidays per year.
Schedule
The working days are from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week that are not necessarily consecutive, for a total of 40 working hours per week.
