Stay U-nique is looking for new colleagues who are passionate about caring are not afraid to show initiative in delivering personalized service to our guests. Are you creative in finding solutions to any difficult situation that might appear and willing to know more about running a property management company?

If this sounds like you, you will be working in our open space office, in a young and international team including a manager.


Good communication skills are needed to make sure everything runs smoothly, whether it is about speaking to all the guests before arrival, coordinating different teams that work with the company or to the colleagues in your team.
Customer service oriented
You love to create unique experiences for the guest and always try to offer the best solution possible that makes the guests happy.
You are taking care of different tasks throughout the day, when changes occur you are flexible in finding a solution. Also you can handle the tasks in busy periods and can make your own decisions.

Feeling this could be a great challenge for you? The strict minimum duration for an internship with us is 5 months as we feel that a shorter period would not guarantee enough time for a great learning experience.

All candidates must be able to provide a learning agreement from their university.

On top of doing the daily tasks, we are also a company in constant pursuit of ‘growth’. But here, growth doesn’t just mean in terms of apartments or sales, but just as much in terms of ‘growing’ on how we do things. Therefore, we are constantly looking for ways to get smarter, build new tools, simplify processes or come up with new ways of doing things as a way to support our business growth in a sustainable way.

This therefore means we will always be working on various projects, next to our daily tasks. Examples of previous projects are:

Optimising cross sales
Develop a new messaging system & implement it
Improve the company’s communication with guests

Working Conditions

The working days are from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week that are not necessarily consecutive, for a total of 40 working hours per week.
You will earn 2 holidays per month you work with us + all official bank holidays. You can use your holidays after your first week of training, but can't use them to finish your internship earlier.
You will get paid 300 Euros per month if you work full-time with us.
