You wake up, prepare a delicious coffee and go out on the terrace. Soak up the Barcelona sun until the whole family is awake. Then, stop by the bakery for a quick breakfast and right next to the apartment - Granier. And then fully recharge your head to the beach, which is less than 10 min walk through one of Barcelona's last parks - Parc de la Ciutadella.
The Space:
This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms (1-double 2-singles). One family size bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Also the kitchen comes up with all the appliances that you might need during your stay in Barcelona. The apartment can comfortable accommodate 6 people (so bring up the whole family). We provide all the bed linens, towels etc. so you don't have to worry about this as well.
This sunny apartment is located in a 10th floor of the Marina street going sea from the tower (Hotel de les Arts and Torre Mapfre) and ascends to the Sagrada Familia Church. All rooms and the dining room, look to Barcelona via 40 m2 terrace with wooden pergola and relaxation area. View ranging from Olympic port and towers, to Tibidabo. Enjoy the skyline through the World Trade Center, the ancient trading port of the cable car, the chimneys of the liners, the Statue of Columbus, the mountain of Montjuic, with its castle, stage Olympic and National Palace. Then your eyes on the historic center, and you will see your Cathedral and the domes and towers of the Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia. In the end, your right up the nearby Sagrada Familia.

We are a small team of people helping out with this and a few other apartments. That means there will always be someone available either in person or via the phone, Whatsapp or E-mail :) You will also meet one of us in person during your check-in where we will show you around and give you the keys.

We support a local charity called Casals dels Infants, which support children from under privileged families in Barcelona and other Spanish and Moroccan cities. By booking this apartment, you are helping to contribute to this wonderful charity, and trough this, better the lives of children who do not have much. Early Check in? Late check out? No problem! We can't actually let you in to the apartment earlier or let you stay longer, but we work with a great service that can take care of your suitcases for you if you arrive much before check in time, or fly out much later than check out time, so you can enjoy your day in the city without carrying them around. Sant Marti is a district in Barcelona, located on its eastern side and bordering the Mediterranean sea. Since 2001 the area has grown tremendously and is still developing very fast. Formerly, an industrial area, Sant Marti is now a very important business district. Most of the offices, hotels and apartments building of Barcelona are located exactly there - including the Torre Agbar which is the city’s tallest building often used to symbolise it. The area is a product of large-scale ambitious urban-planning, which is why many of its buildings are considered landmarks of modern architecture and are an absolute delight to observe. Besides remarkable, work-of-art architecture, the area is also in close proximity to the beaches, that stretch along the entire Sant Marti coast - very easy to get to due to the neighbourhood’s highly developed infrastructure. If you like visiting museums, El Museu Blau should definitely be on your list. It focuses on the Earth and its natural history. When it’s time for a break you can visit the beautiful Parc Diagonal Mar, which covers 14 hectares and including children-appropriate attractions. In terms of cuisine, due to the big size of the area, there is a variety of choices - from modern, eclecting restaurants to traditional Catalan bars and cervecerias. Just talk a walk around and decided what you’re in the mood for. While, the area’s biggest is not wild nightlife, it does include the famous Razzmatazz club. A popular venue for both locals and tourists and has several salas to accommodate every music preference. All in Sant Marti is a lovely area to stay in - both modern and authentic and combining culture with leisure time.Getting around
The apartment is located between the districts of the chic Eixample and the seaside Sant Martí. You can walk to the beach (and the Olympic Port) in 15-20 min, or take the bus V10 and reach the beach in 5 minutes. The nearest metro stop (just 30 meter walk) is Marina, where the red metro line L1 operates. Within 5 minutes you can get to Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia or la Rambla. Sagrada Familia is only a 5 minute bus ride away (bus line V10). If you want to walk to the old part of the city, you can cross over Park Ciutadella and reach the Gothic district of Born in 15-20 minutes, where some of the city´s best restaurants, cafes and bars are located.
