No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

This apartment is located in the El Raval are of Ciutat Vella, or “Old Town” part of Barcelona. The real Barcelona if you will. This area is tucked in between the Montjuic hill, the beach facing Barceloneta area, The Gothic Quarters and the modern and grid shaped L´Eixample area.It is important to note that Raval is a very lively area with a lot of different people on the streets, bars, restaurants and life all day and night. I would therefore not recommend you to stay here if you are travelling with small kids or if you are very sensitive. The apartment itself is not noisy, but being on the streets at night are.
One of the best things about Raval is that it is the heart of Barcelona´s food scene. Raval is absolutely packed with the best and most innovative restaurants, from Cera 23 to La Gastronomica and Agust Gastrobar. If you stay at the Casa de la Florista and don´t eat at all of them and many more, you are missing out! ;)
Other than just food, Raval and Ciutat Vella has a lot of other sights worthy of a visit, and this is just a small sample as there really is too much to list:
The enigmatic Las Ramblas which has been immortalised in many poems, songs, movies and travel guides. Make sure to visit the florist stands.
The Rambla del Raval, Las Ramblas´ smaller brother in Raval. A circular square filled with bars and restaurants with everything from Chinese to Spanish to Italian to Turkish food.
MACBA, or Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona and ,CCCB (Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona) for the artsy among you.
Palau Guell, the palace where the Güell family (yes, the same family with the park) lived, designed by the master Gaudi.
Mercat de la Boqueria, Barcelona´s most famous fresh food market, complete with small bars and restaurants so you can sample all the great food without having to leave the market!
Barcelona Cathedral (The real one, not La Sagrada Familia!)
And on top of these things, things like the beach, Casa Battló, Casa Milá, La Sagrada Familia and many others can be reached on foot in no time, and with public transport in even less time.

About 45 hour by Aerobus + walking. Get off the Aerobus at Gran Via - Urgell and then it´s a 10 minute walk.
There are a few parking options nearby as well if you are coming by car.
