Best clubs in Barcelona
Looking to explore some of the fantastic nightlife Barcelona has to offer? The city that never sleeps has loads to offer for any party animal looking for an excuse to let their hair down on almost every night of the week! Check out this list of the best clubs in Barcelona!
One thing to note before you hit the town, is no one really hits the clubs until about 1:00-2:00am, so its always best to go have a nice cold beer first at one of the lively bars that surround these exciting clubs! Entry to most clubs in Barcelona is anything from €5-€20 but most clubs will have promoters handing out flyers for free entry or free drinks so don’t panic about them breaking the bank!
This open air nightclub is located in Poble Espanyol. In house and international Dj’s fill this venue on weekends all throughout summer, playing mainly House and Techno. The fun and quirky Ibiza themed decor is sure to play on your mind whilst you’re dancing the night away. The entry price is around €19 however theres always guest-lists online for cheaper entry! Once you get to Poble Espanyol the club is a bit tricky to find, so make sure you get it up on your maps before you leave!

Down at Barceloneta there is a strip of night clubs right on the beach! If you are looking for more of a touristy party vibe, with the addition of the beach being right on your doorstep this is the place to head down! Pacha being famous all over the world for huge parties is right up our street. With huge names and celebrities frequenting this nightclub do expect it to be more on the pricey side with drinks valuing around €20 however if you get there before 1:30 you can normally grab a flyer from one of the many promoters surrounding the club for free entry/cheap drinks. This is well known for being one of the best clubs in Barcelona or even the world!
Passeig Maritim Barceloneta, 38
In the heart of Barcelona’s hipster quarter El Reval you’ll find this small edgy nightclub. Often missed by tourists for its size its actually very well respected among Dj’s and musicians around the world for its underground music scene! If you don’t mind rubbing shoulders and being a bit cramped its definitely worth a visit! Lots of students and backpackers seem to come to Reval for its reasonable prices and laid back attitude, for this venue we’d recommend leaving the heels and blazers at home and swapping them for a teeshirt and trainers. Entry is around €10
Arc del Teatre, 3
Well known in Barcelona for being the best RnB and Hip Hop venue, Jamboree is located in Placa Reil, frequented by tourists, backpackers and locals this venue is amongst one of the most diverse when it comes to the crowd. The dress code is not limited so whether you feel like being fancy or just casual anything goes here! Drinks are around €10. Thursday’s are a very popular night to go to this venue, and then on the infamous DJ Yoda graces the decks, be ready to party the night away here!

Looking for something different? Sidecar located in Placa Reil is the mecca of underground rock and indie music. Often stumbled upon by travellers seeking a place to go midweek when all the bars have shut and they’ve been told to go home. The club itself has in house Dj’s providing a party almost every night of the week its definitely a must for those looking for a more alternative vibe or just those seeking something different. Although this is a bar its definitely worth adding to our list as one of the best nights out in Barcelona! Also an added bonus to this venue is that its free entry all night long!
