We met Núria from Barcelona Sidecar Tours in the middle of Passeig de Gràcia, somewhere between Gaudís famous works; Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. The whole tour started with driving down Passeig de Gràcia, and already at Plaça Catalunya we discovered people pointing and taking pictures of us.

From Barcelonas main square, Plaça Catalunya, we went across Plaça Universitat side by side with shops, restaurants, and bars, before driving down Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes & Carrer Sepúlveda till we reached Plaça d’Espanya.

At Plaça d’Espanya you will discover the old bull-fighting arena; Las Arenas that is now a shopping mall, the famous conference centre; Fira Barcelona, the Venetian Towers, the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and if you look up Montjuïc Mountain, the national gallery; MNAC.

Las Arenas is to be found at Placa Espanya, right opposite the Magic Fountain of MontjuicPlaça d'Espanya is one of the most busiest in Barcelona, located at the foot of Montjuïc Mountain

The Venetian Towers leads to the Magic Fountain and the Palau Nacional at Montjuïc The national museum of Catalan visual art; Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC)

Montjuïc Mountain

From Plaça d’Espanya, we went up Montjuïc Mountain, driving past Poble Espanyol (the Spanish village), the MNAC, and the Olympic stadium. Everywhere we got to see fantastic view points with the entire Barcelona city below us.
